FASCIQ® Trigger Point Cups

The FASCIQ® Trigger Point Cupping Set is ideal for professionals due to its travel-friendly, non-breakable silicone cups that eliminate the need for a vacuum pump and come in a compact carrying case. The set includes two small cups (2.25″) and two large cups (2.63″), offering two suction levels (plunger and inversion) and a one-piece design for various target areas. Made from 100% food-grade silicone, the cups are housed in a durable EVA carry case with a zipper.

Cupping therapy creates a decompressive force under the cup and a compressive force around its rim, providing a unique stimulus to tissues and the nervous system. This method can be a relaxing way to treat tight or sore areas and trigger points, contrasting with other manual therapies like massage or IASTM tools that typically create compressive forces.

For sports cupping therapy, cups are typically applied for a few minutes. Lower body areas can withstand longer application times, while upper body areas may require shorter durations. Bruising may occur, especially in those who bruise easily, so shorter initial application times are recommended. The cups can be moved on the skin or left in place while the body part is moved, creating suction and limiting tissue movement. Note that applying cups to the face/head region is not recommended; use the facial cupping set instead.
