Sustainability & Environmental Policy

At Toomac Solutions, we are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations by reducing, re‑using, recycling, and repairing wherever possible, while also providing a safe and healthy workplace.

The key elements of our Sustainability & Environmental Policy include:

Waste Management and Recycling

We aim to reduce waste by reusing and recycling as much material as possible. Non‑organic items that can be reused are repaired, or if irreparable, disposed of safely and responsibly. We minimise unnecessary printing and encourage invoices and statements to be sent and received electronically.

Energy and Water Conservation

Our premises are equipped with energy‑efficient appliances. Lights, computers, air‑conditioning, and other electrical equipment are fully switched off when not in use. Taps, pipes, and cylinders are regularly checked to identify and prevent leaks.

Environmentally Friendly Products

We endeavour to purchase environmentally friendly hygiene, cleaning, and packaging products. All boxes, internal packaging, and void fillers received with incoming goods are reused for outgoing orders where possible or recycled appropriately.

Emissions Control

All company vehicles are regularly maintained and used only when necessary to minimise fuel consumption. New and replacement company vehicles are selected to meet improved fuel‑efficiency standards.

In addition to complying with all current legislation and regulatory requirements, our team actively seeks opportunities to further reduce our environmental footprint without compromising service quality. We continue to work in partnership with our suppliers and customers to promote responsible environmental practices and strive to align with their own environmental policies.
