Fitting Service
During fitting appointments, clients are measured by appropriately trained staff and provided with guidance on the correct use and care of their garments. Clients are shown how to don, doff, and care for their compression garments or wraps to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
A fitting fee of $15.00 (incl. GST) applies in addition to any purchase. This fee is charged for all fitting appointments and referrals, regardless of whether a purchase is made.
A signed doctor’s prescription or clinical recommendation is required for Class 2 (23–32 mmHg) or higher-compression garments.
A parent or legal guardian must accompany clients under 18 years of age.
Clients experiencing any respiratory, COVID‑19, or flu‑like symptoms should not enter the building.
One support person may accompany the client to the appointment.

Custom‑Made Garments
Our trained staff are experienced in measuring for custom‑made garments for venous and lymphatic conditions. A referral from a medical professional may be required to ensure we can provide the most appropriate solution for individual needs.
If you do not currently have a lymphoedema therapist or are not based in Auckland, please feel free to ask our friendly staff, who may be able to assist with information about your nearest therapist or an appropriate medical professional.
Delivery of Goods
We carry a wide range of garments in our warehouse and offer overnight delivery throughout the North Island, with two‑day delivery to the South Island. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2–3 days, depending on your local courier schedule.
If your product needs to be ordered in, delivery times will be longer. This most commonly applies to seasonal colours or printed garments. We will advise you if this is the case and can provide an estimated time of arrival upon request.
Health New Zealand Breast Care Subsidy
Health New Zealand offers a subsidy to women whom have undergone a partial or full mastectomy (unilateral or bilateral), and/or undergone lumpectomy, have congenital needs, or have undergone reconstructive surgery, as specified by specialist or general practitioner (GP).
Toomac Solutions is a registered Ministry of Health supplier, allowing you to claim your costs back.
If you are a NZ citizen, or ordinary resident in New Zealand and your specialist gives you a current medical certificate with your NHI confirming your need for breast prothesis services; you can claim for the entitlement of $613.33 per side for a four-year period (or $1226.66 GST incl for bilateral).
The Breast Prosthesis Service Payment can be used for a prothesis or other related products (e.g. pocketed mastectomy bras and swimwear) after surgery for breast cancer.
