Caesarean Scar Specialist Course 

When: Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December

Where: 156 Bealey Ave, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8013

A combination of online and in-person training covering advanced scar and abdominal massage skills to support recovery and reduce common symptoms. Additionally it will be taught how to assess for abdominal separation (diastasis recti), application of diaphragm release and use of specialist abdominal massage to promote wellbeing after a Caesarean birth.

• Two days in person
• 32 hours of training
